Delivery method and time
Club products are delivered in one shipment to the address agreed with the club. The products are organised according to the teams / subscribers.
Delivery time is normally 3-5 weeks from the end of the order period. Please note that in addition to this, delivery from Finland to Denmark normally takes 4 days.
If your club order is particularly urgent (e.g. a show or competition), please mention this to our club salesperson before the order period starts.
Orders will be delivered by Finnish Post. It is the responsibility of the club to ensure that all address details are correct. Piruetti will send you a tracking code for the delivery, allowing you to check the delivery schedule. The recipient will receive a notification of arrival by SMS when the delivery has arrived.
Delivery of hoops
The delivery of the hoops will always be agreed separately. Pricing and delivery depends on the quantity and size of the hoops.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges is 3€/order. The price includes collecting, bagging, packing for shipment and sending for subscriber / club.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to deliver the ordered product due to force majeure. In such a case, we will contact the customer without delay.
Returns of club products
There is no right of exchange or return for club products.
Piruetti will, if requested, supply samples to the club to ensure correct sizes. The products are available in the colour of the club’s choice and the printing is club-specific.
Special requests
If you have any special requests, you can mention them in the “order details” field at the end of the ordering process.
